Warren Andrew Pinder was born in Nassau, Bahamas. The son of Warren Pinder Snr. and Marina Pinder, husband of Patricia Pinder, and the father of six, grandfather of three. He is the author of the book Achieve-Men.
He received his formal education at St. Anne's, which was both Primary and Secondary at the time. After completion at St.Anns, His parents enrolled him at The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute, where he received all his foundational theory and practice in Construction. As a teenager, he was very confident about his career choice; He started following the profiles of several business leaders and successful entrepreneurs in leading construction companies. It was evident that most of these leaders began from humble beginnings and with a higher level of focus. Realising his passion for Construction, Warren then applied to Texas Southern University, where he completed his bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
Extensive network and efforts have led Warren towards an excellent opportunity, with Arawak Homes Ltd serving as the Executive Vice President for Construction under the management of Franklyn Wilson for the past 22 years. Such an exciting role, including working with managers in planning projects and sourcing materials, has developed his desire for competencies.
